Position Summary
Vector Media is looking for a uniquely talented Executive Coordinator in New York, NY to join our Revenue Producing/Marketing Departments in Support of the Senior Executives of those business groups. This position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and EVP Local Sales Team and is pivotal in providing comprehensive support to our team's client-facing business development efforts as well as administrative support to the CCO and EVP LST. This role will support special projects as assigned by the CCO & EVP LST for the effective management of those business groups. We seek a candidate with a proven track record to meet and exceed deadlines, manage competing priorities, and exceptional communication skills.

Pay Range Details: $26.44 per hour - $28.85 per hour

The salary range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered.

What You’ll Bring
  • Exemplary written communications skills, including the ability to succinctly articulate marketing/media concepts and the ability to write in a creative, clever manner.
  • Advanced computer skills required, including proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel, internet research, social media and CRM programs like Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Project management capabilities, including attention to detail involving projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • The desire for a career in sales, partnerships, or marketing.
  • High energy, a positive attitude, and an organized work ethic.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent in related fields.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with the CCO and EVP LST to cultivate, track, and communicate with Vector’s internal and external partners, including sales personnel within each department.
  • Work closely with the CCO and EVP LST to devise and execute strategies and resource plans that empower their respective teams to achieve and track revenue growth.
  • Cumulate and report data in preparation for weekly reporting, annual budgeting, and employee evaluation. 
  • Develop and maintain lead tracking system from lead source to closure and working with marketing on evaluation of lead development programs.
  • Work with the respective sales departments in prospecting tools including Apollo and other software programs used for client sourcing. 
  • Research, prepare and provide the CCO & EVP LST with essential materials and information for all prospecting activities and client/agency meetings.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.
  • Deliver comprehensive daily administrative support to the CCO and EVP LST.
